Below are listed the terms of our confidentiality commitment (privacy policy) regarding the processing of your personal data. They are intended to inform you about how we use the said data and tell you how to proceed if you wish to make any changes thereto.
Nature of data gathered
The information which we gather in the course of our work consists of the voluntarily-provided e-mail address you register in order to receive our newsletter.
How are these data used
The information which you provide us with is never passed on to third parties. You are a subscriber to our mailing list. As such, your e-mail address will only be used to send you our newsletter. You are free, at any time, to unsubscribe from our products, by clicking on “stop sending”, which could be found on each newsletter you receive.
Traceability and profiling
The HALDE’s Web site stores, as session cookies, information that contains no personal data, but is used solely to memorise your display preferences and your participation in online surveys. You may, however, refuse that the cookies be accepted. Here is the basic procedure for doing so :
- If your browser is Internet Explorer (Microsoft) : click on "display", "options", "advanced". Out of the list of warnings you can activate in this section, the fourth is “warn before accepting cookies” and, only with Internet Explorer 4, the fifth is “always refuse cookies”.
- If your browser is Navigator Gold 3 (Netscape) : click “options”, “network preferences”, then “protocols”. Out of the list of warnings you can activate in this section, the first is “warn before accepting a cookie”. Right to access, modify and remove information
Pursuant to Article 27 of the French 6 January 1978 Law on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, you are entitled to access, correct, modify and remove data regarding you. You may exercise this right by sending us a message via the contact form.
